Progress it is for me because excuses get too stressful.  What do you choose?

Watching the news lately there has been several disheartening events that have occurred to say the least. lt brings one to tears to see what our world is quickly turning into, or is the era of social media now bringing them to light?

All these divisions  is a result of a world filled with hate and anger. People who want to show they are superior to another. The killings of people of a certain race, ethnicity, religion or innocent cops is not ok, these are people with families that depend on them and their existence in some shape, way or form. 

Is it so hard to live in one accord and not judge one another? Is it so hard to live in a world where people do not instantly place another in a box/category based on skin color, religion, gender, status or just the way they walk, talk or breath? To even delibrately cause harm to another.

Let LOVE reign, let peace reign, let justice reign...LOVE is easier than hate. 

We all need to act and not just speak, PRAY for our world.The world certainly needs LOVE and GOD is LOVE. We need to set aside our differences and create a better world, a better tomorrow for ourselves and most certainly our children and descendants. A world free of fear and full of faith, peace, hope and most certainly LOVE. GOD equals LOVE.

LOVE is easier than hate y'all!! Please show LOVE to someone like you and someone different from you today. A genuine smile and a simple hug will do. That's a start to healing.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, this year has totally flown by me, phew!!!  I apologize for not posting anything for so long, hope its been a wonderful year so far for everyone and if not there is still plenty of time for things to turn around for your good.

We all have our own wonderful uniqueness that makes each of us different from everyone else. We are all beautiful in our own special way and are a special gift to the world. Always remember that.

Have you been believing God for something and you are on the verge of giving up??? DON'T!!!!!

Believing God in the area of receiving healing, getting a job, better finances, finding your life partner, having children or believing for open doors for whatever it is.....

Always remember this....

Whether you have been waiting, trusting and believing for days, weeks, months, years or even decades, it's never too late for your blessing. God has a plan and He will recover the time that has been stolen from you. God has not forgotten about you, He's working it out for your good.

Delay is not a rejection, God's got a blessing with your very own name written on it. No matter how long it takes you will get yours.

A delay is not a denial, failure does not mean you won't succeed the next time around. Be encouraged friends.

I listened to the words of this song and found it catchy and inspirational. Listen to the words, well except the "f" word parts. lol! He kinda sang on a little bit of his struggles and now triumph. FOR HEALTH

 Drink plenty of water.

Eat Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a prince and Dinner like a beggar.

Live with the 3 E's-- Energy, Enthusiasm & Empathy.

Make time to pray.

Play more games.

Read more books than you did in 2013.

Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.

Sleep for 7 hours.

Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily and while you walk,Smile.

FOR PERSONALITY

Don't over do. Keep your limits.

Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.

Dream more while you are awake.

Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past.

     That will ruin your present happiness.

Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.

Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.

No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

Smile and laugh more.

You don't have to win every argument,Agree to disagree.

FOR SOCIETY

Call your family often.

Each day give something good to others.

Forgive everyone for everything.

Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.

Stay away from Anger.. It hurts ..Only You! If you are right then there is no need to get angry, And if you are wrong then you don't have any right to get angry. 

Patience with family is love, Patience with others is respect, Patience with self is confidence and Patience with GOD is faith. 

Never Think Hard about the PAST, It brings Tears... Don't think more about the FUTURE, It brings Fear... Live this Moment with a Smile, It brings Cheer. 

Every test in our life makes us bitter or better, Every problem comes to make us or break us, The choice is ours whether we become victims or victorious. 

Search for a beautiful heart not a beautiful face. Beautiful things are not always good but good things are always beautiful. 

Do you know why God created gaps between fingers? So that someone who is special to you comes and fills those gaps by holding your hand forever. Never forget this advice! 

Happiness keeps You Sweet, Trials keeps You Strong, Sorrows keeps You Human, Failures keeps You Humble, Success keeps You Glowing, But Only God keeps You Going......
